Asia Renaissance is delighted to invite you to our Beauty & Personal Care Entrepreneurs Breakfast on Thursday 18th February 2021 on the subject of how to prepare and position your Beauty and Personal Care business in the best way possible to achieve a desirable sale. Even if a sale is not what you may be aiming for at this moment in time, we still believe this session would be beneficial as it allows you the opportunity to take away key points as well as discuss sector specific topics with fellow Beauty & Personal Care entrepreneurs.

 

We have designed our Beauty & Personal Care Entrepreneurs Breakfast in the format of a round table event, allowing those who attend to engage with the topic in depth. The Breakfast will commence at 8:45am followed by discussions from Asia Renaissance Managing Director - Seoul, Bill Lee and Asia Renaissance Managing Director - New York, Sang Kang at 9:00am. There will also be time for questions and networking before closing at 10:30am. Together, we will explore what you need to know to clarify your objectives and help you reach the outcome you desire.

 

Speakers will include Beauty & Personal Care specialist, Bill Lee from Asia Renaissance’s Seoul office and expert on mergers and acquisitions, Sang Kang from Asia Renaissance’s New York office. Please see further details on speakers below:

 

Bill Saehoon Lee, Managing Director, Asia Renaissance

Bill Saehoon Lee is a managing director at Asia Renaissance. Mr. Lee has over 27 years of experience in the consumer retail industry with various executive positions. Previously, Mr. Lee served as the chief executive officer of Able C&C (KRX:078520) in South Korea, the country’s third largest beauty and personal care company after Amorepacific Group (KRX:090430) and LG Household & Health Care (KRX:051900). Before joining Able C&C, Mr. Lee was a senior executive at LG Household & Health Care and Procter & Gamble (NYSE:PG). Mr. Lee holds a B.A. in economics from Yonsei University and an M.B.A. from the Johnson Graduate School of Management at Cornell University. He is the chairman of the global strategy committee of the Korea Cosmetic Industry Association.

 

Sang Kang, Managing Director, Asia Renaissance

Sang Kang is a managing director at Asia Renaissance. Mr. Kang has over 20 years of investment banking experience, building and managing investment banking franchises and advising clients on a range of strategic merger, acquisition, partnership, and capital markets transactions. Previously, Mr. Kang was a partner and served as managing director at Morgen Evan in the mergers and acquisitions group. Before joining Morgen Evan, Mr. Kang worked at Citi in the global investment banking group in New York. Mr. Kang holds a B.S. in finance from the Leonard N. Stern School of Business at New York University.
