Program Description:
The Strategic Advisory Group is one of the most experienced investment banking teams in the industry, and has been involved in some of the most complex transactions of the past few years. Our New York and Seoul teams focus on a diverse set of industries, including consumer, healthcare, and technology. Associates have the opportunity to participate in all aspects of projects and be quickly staffed on a number of assignments. Due to the relatively small size of the professional staff, Associates will assume integral roles on deal teams and quickly gain a meaningful experience and understanding of the industry.
Responsibilities:
Associates will work on a wide range of transactions including acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, private placements and leveraged buyouts. Associates are expected to be involved with the development, structuring and financing of transactions and regularly attend client and internal meetings, negotiations and due diligence sessions. Associates work will include, but is not limited to:

In depth financial analysis

Extensive computer modelling

Development of client presentations

Preparation of memoranda for internal and external use

Conducting financial and other business related research

Coordinating complex and often time-sensitive processes

Active involvement in client facing situations

Assistance in the execution of transactions

Participation in talent development efforts, including recruiting
Qualifications:
